Why does my computer have 2 192.168.x.xxx local IPs?

As you can see in this screenshot for some reason my router has given my computer two different local IP's but only 1 has an IPv6. What is going on here?

My router is a Linksys WRT 1900ACS

As you can see I am only able to see the network adapter with the 192.168.1.133 IP. SO where is the other one?

Run cmd as administrator, then type ipconfig/all that should show you the over all status of your internet connection.

Both screenshots are worrysome...
- first one shows your router as Microsoft, with "Windows Media Player" tucked in between
- second one shows your only enabled adapter being connected to "FBI bla bla bla"

What the **ll is going on there?
