[SOLVED] Why does my computer make this annoying sound every few seconds?

Hi!

Recently my computer has started making some annoying sounds every now and then, so I thought I'd see if anyone here recognizes them, and know what the cause is. It seems to occur more frequently when I'm running some demanding software, but it sometimes starts when I'm just browsing the internet or something like that. It's not permanent and tends to end after a few minutes.
The computer is home-made, with the latest modification (a new psu) being done this past summer. The noise only started about two weeks ago though.
Here are my specs:

Chassi: Fractal Design Define R5
Motherboard: ASUS Z97-A
PSU: Corsair RM650X
GPU: GTX 1660 Super
CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-4770K
CPU-Cooler: Maybe a Noctua NH-something? It's looks similar, I bought it ages ago.
1 SSD
2 HDD (Seagate)

Finally, here's a short clip where the sound can be heard twice: View: https://soundcloud.com/user-772666797/annoying-sound

Solution
i got the same noctua fan as you its awesome , cant hear it working.
Anyway to answer your question , start with your fans , take it in turn to unplug different one , make sure you have your pc turned off. When you start your pc you might see a message saying missing componant but it should let you listen to see if the noise goes.

It sounds to me like a fan blade scuffing the dust gauze , when my custom pc was delivered the internal packing was so tight that it had distorted the mount on my side fan and made the same noise you have.

All i did was slacken off one of the mounting screws and it stopped the blade pressing onto the gauze.

Oh and as kerberos has said it could be a cable touching a blade , as warm air moves round the case...

Oh and as kerberos has said it could be a cable touching a blade , as warm air moves round the case is is possible for some wires to become a bit pliable and move.
