Why does my cpu show only sometimes on the boot menu?

Why does my cpu show only sometimes on the startup menu ? You can see on the pictures that there are two cases: in the 1st you can see the information about my cpu and on the second you can`t. I remember that before it was always showing my cpu when turning on the PC but now It stopped showing it and it only shows it if I get in the boot menu and quit it with Y then Enter to continue booting windows like normally.
Can anyone tell me what`s wrong or is it normal? It wasn`t like that before I think..

There are usually settings within the BIOS to change when it shows those types of things. Perhaps you changed it at some point, or updated your BIOS.
