Question Why does my display and peripherals turn off after boot?

So recently I've decided to upgrade my GPU and CPU, and I updated my BIOS as well to make my new CPU work with it. I got the GPU first, switched out my old one and started using it, everything works perfectly for a few days. I also updated my BIOS, everything was good. Then I got my CPU. I installed it, got to the "new cpu installed" screen and hit Y on the fTPM screen because I don't use anything like BitLocker to my knowledge. PC boots up fine or so it seems, after 30sec-2mins the display and peripherals go, I noticed this because the RGB went out and the GPU fans stopped spinning. CPU fan and 3 case fans still working though, and I can't seem to turn off the power by holding the power button. PC works fine in BIOS or in Safe Mode, which I can't get into anymore because I decided to reinstall Windows which was the last thing I did today. Things I've tried:
- I thought the PSU was at fault as it was an off brand (maybe off brand - Cronus 500FX Pro something) and thought it didn't give components enough juice. Today I switched it with an A tier one 800W (overkill you'll soon find out) and it still does the same thing, all cables are properly seated and everything went well with the installation (only good thing to happen so far lmao)
- reinstalled the same BIOS update (F58d) thinking it's gonna somehow fix it
- went into safemode to uninstall GPU drivers with DDU, tried installing them again IN SAFE MODE due to not being able to hold out 30 seconds in normal mode, and this made it so that the gpu and peripherals now instantly shut off instead of waiting a bit, nice

I also think it's worth mentioning that safe mode worked perfectly and this only happened after unlocking the screen in normal mode, but now it doesn't even wait for the screen to be unlocked
+ When I updates BIOS before installing CPU I also updated chipset drivers in the gigabyte software tool thing
+ I uninstalled my old GPU drivers before installing the new GPU and it worked fine, this happened after installing CPU and going thru the ftpm process and booting first time
+ There is a regular red blip sometimes next to the power button from one of the LED lights but it turns off after all goes down

I am pretty sure it's not the GPU as it worked perfectly fine before and peripherals go as well when this happens, but I will try switching out to my older one GTX1650 tomorrow if y'all think it's a good idea
My specs:
Ryzen 5 5600 (old one was Ryzen 3 3100)
RX6600 XT (old one was GTX 1650)
2x8GB RAM ADATA XPG
1xnvmE SSD Crucial 1TB
(I had a Seagate HDD that I removed because it's either having that or having the new PSU that's a bit oversized for my case)
and I guess the most important (the main suspect??!!) Gigabyte GA320M-H motherboard(rev.1)
Also the 3 case fans with fan splitter and stock amd wraith cpu cooler if that counts for anything

Only thing I can think of right now is driver or BIOS issues I dunno how to solve, or something wrong with the CPU or Motherboard
How cooked am I on a scale of 1 to 10? I just can't figure out what the problem is

There is a red bleep LED next to the power button before the stuff shuts off, so this might explain why that exists

if by this you mean some cables, I have a fan splitter which I power using my PSU, it's a little weird connector into the fan splitter on one end, molex in the other and that connects into my PSU's molex so techincally is extended. Only thing I can think of. Also side note, my ssd has this plastic cover on the front of it with its name, this won't cause any trouble will it?

U can try downgrading ur bios but its not as simple, u gotta check the microcode. No ssd cover is fine. Did u install the cpu correctly? Is the temp fine? Did u by mistake drop any screw on the mobo? Also change the power source. Ups means UNINTERRUPTED POWER SUPPLY

It can't be as simple as me not putting on enough thermal paste right? It was my first time putting it on the CPU ever and I was advised to just put a 10mm line in top middle to bottom middle like, would this be causing a cpu overheat?

No UPS, just a standard 850W power supply. Also I really would check the temperature if display wouldn't go off in 30 seconds. Could try safe mode as it worked before but it wouldn't provide accurate results because it disables many features no?
EDIT: ALSO THE SCREW THING when I was "uninstalling" my cpu cooler, it was a tower cooler and it was kinda hard to unscrew the screws, and one of them dropped on the motherboard off the screwdriver but it's not like my motherboard had any power going through it at that time, so could this be it? There should be no screws in side right now.

Would you like a picture? Currently I have a power splitter thingy which goes into the wall, it powers both my pc and my monitor currently, then the actual pc power plug just goes straight into PSU if that's what you mean.
Edit: If you want I can try the safe mode with hwinfo, as before this safe mode worked 100% fine from what I remember

Just finished it, nothing much changed when switching the RAM, but a piece of useless info is now that I'm using the wall plug directly my fans unlocked new LED combinations, wow.
I'll try booting into safe mode now and trying hwinfo as you said.

little delay here as my wifi dongle doesn't seem to work anymore (or maybe just in safe mode) so I'll have to move hwinfo from somewhere else as I have no internet. I'll also take the time to make some instant food meanwhile

it appears that safe mode disables services that hwinfo needs to install its drivers. I do have the portable version but I'm not sure if I will be able to use it in safe mode

Good news: Tested system with my previous GPU, same thing! I guess this means that this is neither the PSU's or GPU's fault and possibly not even the RAM's fault. I have no idea what I would do next other than checking the CPU installation on the motherboard but that would mean getting the cooler off the CPU and I don't have any alcohol to remove the thermal paste. I could possibly do this late Tuesday and if the CPU seems to be completely fine and thermal paste will seem fine, I will have to assume that my motherboard's fried somehow. In that case I'll get a new mobo.
