why does my hue+ change colours when in game

my led strips from my hue+ changes colours when im in a game. does anyone know why?

Most likely, you have it set on the Gaming preset. When you get killed or something, and changes colors? Is it CS:GO?

yeah, when im in csgo it changes red and a different colour. do you know how to stop this?

In the CAM software:

Go to the change Hue+ mode, and Edit Settings. Click on Game, and uncheck "Automatically enable this mode" above the color picker

i cant click on the game and uncheck it

Under the Dashboard tab, click on Change Mode at the bottom, Then Edit Settings at the top right. Then GAME which is right next to AUDIO. Then uncheck it.
