Question Why does my keyboard stop functioning to type 10+ mins after my external SSD is plugged in.

Unless i replug my keyboard into my pc every 10 mins it wont type. Its super annoying and consistently wont let me type. (Sandisk 2tb SSD). How do I fix this!

It's probable that the USB/chipset drivers might be corrupt or they need reinstalling. It might even be an with your OS. Can you please state your specs to your build, including the peripherals you're using?

Have you gone through all of the Control Panel Power options to make sure that everything is set to Maximum and USB Select Suspend is Disabled? Have you gone through all of the Device Manager Properties settings for every usb port and device to make sure the Power Management tab "Allow the computer to turn off this device" is UNchecked?
