Hey guys,
My mouse (Razer diamondback) disconnects and reconnects from my pc every 5 to 10 minutes and only lasts around 10 seconds. I also have a Razer Blackwidow ultimate 2014 (no chroma lights) which could also be the problem, when opening synapse and leaving it on my mouse when the disconnect happens it will boot me off the game and switch itself to the keyboard profiles.
I'm not really sure where the problem is but I have looked for synapse updates, driver updates and plugged the mouse and keyboard into different ports.
