Why does my PC do this?

Hello there.
After correctly installing a new graphics card into my PC, I don't get a display and every couple of seconds my computer makes a beep sound. Although it is a little bit old, it seemed like it could handle it, but after a while of testing, I gave up. I do not know why this is, could anyone help me please?

Card I wanted to install: MSI Geforce GTX 1050 Ti OC 4GB

List of PC specs:
Intel I3-2120 @ 3.3 GHz
Foxconn 2ABF (Motherboard)
325W Powersupply (should be enough, right?)

Solution

I know this is late...
The make and model of your PSU is essential to answer. 325w would be acceptable if it was a high quality PSU which I highly doubt that you have.
Please open your case and take a look. Also if possible, write the number of A(amperes) that is listed below the 12V.

That looks like some cheap PSU like dotas1 mentioned.
Also, trough all the chinese, i can see 300W max, and that's cutting it close for a 1050ti.
I think you've found your culprit.

PSU is trash, I'd recommend buying a better one pronto.

If your looking for something cheap but still reliable, you can get a EVGA 450W PSU for around $38 off of Amazon.

Corsair CX450M for $50 (or you could just get a EVGA 600B for $50 instead as well)

Yes, I was also thinking about buying a new PSU, what wattage is the best? 350? 400? 450?

BIOS of your motherboard does not support new GPUs. If you can find newer BIOS version, update it and maybe it will work. Otherwise, you will need new motherboard.
But that does not change the fact that you need new PSU too, of course.

Ok, where do I find the new bios update? Is it on a website or in the bios itself because I don't know how to get into this bios.

Can only be on motherboard manufacturer's website, if at all. And you will need to get to BIOS to update it, by removing this GPU and using whatever you used before it (old GPU or integrated graphics).

Well, i too have a FSP 330W PSU.
Not the best brand but it's decent.
I too have an oem pc with an oem mobo and my MSI GTX1050Ti GT OC is now working, turned out to be the nvidia drivers.

But as i understand from your post, you installed it and the problems started immediately?
You haven't installed any drivers for it yet?
If that's the case, upgrade PSU and then check if it works.
Only after that try to update bios (risky) or else you need another motherboard.

*Edit: ANOTHER POSSIBLE BUT RISKY FIX

I don't recommend doing this though, since you don't have a medion pc.
Didn't change anything for me in my case.

Here's some good quality power supplies you could get and might be able to fix the issue your having.

Yes, problems started immediatly after booting, didn't get any screen and after a while a screen showed up but zoomed in and not at full res. And also those beeping sounds. I installed the drivers that came with it (on the disk), but I think the ones on nvidia's site are better. Ok, I will try a new psu and see if it works. First have to order it tho.

I've done some research and found out my motherboard is a Cupertino2, with BIOS version 7.13. I've also found some videos of people actually getting it to work, but those are at your own risk and can damage the system. I think it may actually be better to save up for a complete new system.

Alright, keep us updated and good luck.

Okay guys, I'm back.

I have not yet bought the 1050 Ti nor the power supply yet. The last couple of days I've been really searching for definitive answers about compatibility. Some forums say that almost all modern cards including the GTX 1050 Ti use a UEFI-interface instead of my PC's BIOS. That would make it incompatible.

Some say that MSI's GTX 750's and 750 Ti's have a switch option to BIOS. I am about to make the decision and buy a MSI GeForce® GTX 750 Ti with 2GB GDDR5 memory, and a CoolerMaster B500 V2 500W power supply.
If any of you have any advice, I would really appreciate it because my computer not having a graphics card and not being able to run anything except older games really drives me mad.

I know this is late, but I wouldn't recommend getting that PSU,
Go with EVGA's one that I linked to you already, or the 430W one by EVGA.
I've googled that PSU and I mean it's good but there are a few problems with it.

Also, yea the 750Ti is a good option. The 1050Ti would be waaay better though.
