Question Why does my pc only use 32 mb of my 2 gb vram?

Why doesnt my pc use all the vram? Its really annoying because its like it has everything and a bit more to run games like cs:go, but the only thing holding it back is the vram. Is there really no way to fix this/use all the vram? Ive tried to allocate more through adding something to a folder but that didnt work, and in bios theres no options other than diagnostics and dps self test.

Do you have the manufacturer's video drivers loaded for the video card, and not just the generic Windows drivers?

What version of Windows are you using? Also, what is the make/model of your video card?

Im not sure which type of drivers i have for it,

My windows version is 10.0.17134

Im using a Intel(R) HD Graphics

If you are using onboard graphics there is usually a setting in the BIOS to adjust the Vram used.
