[SOLVED] Why does my secondary screen flicker ?

i have two screens, one is my main screen and the other is my secondary and when i play a game my second screen starts to flicker. The secondary screen is kind of old so that why i use a converter. I tried everything idk why it flickers. I have:

rtx 2070
i5 9700f
16 gigs RAM
800 watt psu

Make and model of your screens, cables and ports you are using? I wouldn't plug the old monitor to the gpu (if this is the case). Maximum frequency would drop to the lower end.

Are both screen se tot the same resolution? If not, make them the same and see if that fixes it.

maybe try switching to a different output on the gpu. the output you are using could be faulty/damaged. hope this helps!
