Question Why does my windows 10 computer shut off automaticly?

My windows 10 computer just turns off when I 'm away for no apparent reason. I have it set too never go to sleep. I checked system events but I couldn't find anything about it in there.

Does it go to sleep or does it power off, where you need to boot into OS everytime you want to bring it back to life? List specs like so:

Windows 10 is set to sleep by default, you have to go in to the power plan settings and change it to your liking.

I have to boot it up.
It is a Dell XPS PC with an i7-7700.
With 64 gb of ram (0verkill
tb ssd.
GPU: GT730
windows 10 v. 1809

I actually have it set not to go to sleep. That's what has me so confused.
