Why does t.samsung.13.us take over my msn homepage

hello, I am having trouble removing t.samsung.13.us from my msn hompage. ive set my homepage to msn.com via internet options and I have changed my regedit to msn.com. still I get the same t.samsung.13.us.msn.com. How do I remove it. also, I do have windows 8.

Remove the application that keeps changing it. Have you recently installed anything from Samsung?
