Question Why does the hourglass symbol stay on my screen and I can't fix it ?

Does anyone have an answer for this problem? Been going on a week now and the only thing that helps bring it back to normal is a hard reboot.

Well under "Levels" in Open Hardware (which I downloaded) it shows I have 80% of life left.

Also, I know it's an old system. Getting ready to buy a new one.
