[SOLVED] Why does userbenchmark show my new pc underperforming?!

Solution
Those results are absolutely normal.

Your system is compared to pretty much any other system running a 3600xt and 90% of those systems will be running 2 x 8gb 2933-3600mhz ram rather than 4 sticks of 2400.
It could be a system wide thermals issue, I would first monitor the temps to see what they are for each component during load. But generally I wouldn't trust userbenchmark for anything, honestly. Get some proper benchmarking software for each component and check and compare each score individually. 3dmark for gaming, furmark for the GPU, passmark or cinebench for the CPU, Crystal Disk Mark for the drives.

Edit: also check your BIOS and make sure XMP is enabled. Having it disabled will adversely affect your CPU and possibly GPU performance.

First real issue is that slow RAM. You should have at least a 3200mhz 2x8 kit.

Check to make sure everything including BIOS and chipset are up-to-date.

What case and fans do you have?

userbenchmark is fine to make sure YOUR PC is working correctly. Don't use it to compare to other PCs. No need for multiple other benchmarks unless you are trying to set records.

I have the Corsair 465x with 5 ll120s inside
I have a Corsair 550w psu
My cooler is the h100i plat se and at idle my temps are around 45C
My ram is only 2400mhz
How do I update my bios and chipset drivers?
