Question Why doesn't laptop turn on after plugging in new ssd into the motherboard?

My Laptop hp ae008tx doesn't power on with 970 evo plus Samsung ssd after plugging it into the nvme m.2 slot, why is this problem occurring when it acts as the primary bootable device?

Does this mean you are able to access the bios? Does the logo show up or the screen is plain black?

Pretty sure that is a SATA III M.2 slot and will not support a NVME PCIe speeddrive.

No man, it doesn't even power on

I'm very sure it is m.2 nvme, I opened and check but that is not the issue. Won't laptop even power on without OS or bios problem?
