Why doesn't my Icons load straight up anymore

I recently cleaned out my inside of my case all the fans extra now when I boot windows up on my SSD the auto launch programs don't start up at the same speed, icons on the desktop stay as white pages for a minute or two what is causing this thanks.

What did you clean your computer with?

I used spray air, basically to clean filters etc. and re-arranged the cables although I think I broke something but was never anywhere near drives

Well if you think you broke something, it sounds like a problem

I don't want to think I have because I didn't really touch anything but I am starting to think I have. Once I had this issue with a USB device connected. Although operating system boots straight up not slow, icons, drivers and auto start programs do not launch untill about 1 minute and all at once could I have set a delay start?

My drive is in good health works fine after restore/reset obvious issue with files.
