Question Why doesn't my "laptop have dynamic boost"

Hello, I've recently bought Asus m16 with RTX 3070 and i7-11800h and I found that a lot of options in Nvidia control panel are missing as well as dynamic boost option which my laptop should have. My GPU is at 80w and with dynamic boost it should go up to 100w. Can you help me, I would appreciate those extra fps in games.

If the options are missing then manually download the Nvidia drivers from Nvidia's website. Reinstall and reconfigure.

Question: What fps are being provided and how much more "extra" fps is expected?

I've seen that link already and downloaded latest drivers for my card also. Than I restarted my laptop and nothing changed in Nvidia control panel. I'm still missing the dynamic boost option.
I've watched a lot of tech reviews and they all say that I can get 15-20 % fps boost.
The model of my laptop is ROG Zephyrus M16 GU603HR-K8004T.

what the nvidia control panel said the gpu is?

It says that laptop automatically switches between nvidia gpu and intel gpu. It also says that the displey is connected to intel gpu. I don't know how to change that.
