They’re also grayed out(and non-changeable) in the notifications settings and my drivers are installed,up-todate and I’m also connected to internet.

Solution
Hi,

Please do try these troubleshooting steps that may help.
- First is to uninstall/reinstall both drivers that are having problem (Sound and Wifi)
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall both drivers from Device Manager.
- Once uninstalled, reboot the laptop once both drivers has been uninstalled.
- After the reboot do test it again and see if the same problem will persist or not.
- If it will still not work do run System Restore and bring it back to an earlier date or time when it was working properly.
- Here's how: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ph/windows-10/windows-10-recovery-options
- If all these will not work I would suggest resetting Windows 10.
