Why dose my ark look so bad

Hey guys why dose my ark look so bad all the trees just look blurry and the graphics don't look good I am running it on epic with maxed setting and the best resolution I have tried updating my gpu and everything but what is wrong and I know ark looks a lot better because I have seen it before please help!!!!

It must be the detail settings or the monitor. That rig will run ARK very smoothly at high settings.
