Question Why GPU spike up and down?

Hi, i have a RTX 3050, now my question is , while monitoring my asus gpu through the ASUS TWEAK 3, the gpu clock spikes between 210 mhz and 1822mhz, its not constantly at 1822mhz , like an ECG it goes up and down even at idle.

Why is it like that?

And after a certain a time from each boot, the spike reduces and it relatively stays at 210mhz, and spiking occasionally.

Saving power when not in use. That is it. Your CPU should do something very similar.
