Why gtx 750 series?

This thread is based on a comparison between gamedebate(gd) and amazon.com.

In amazon, the zotac gtx 750ti has great reviews and is priced at $120. But in gd, its rating is 7.
The raedon rx 460 series or similar ones in amazon starts from $110 and most have gd rating 8 but doesnt seem to be popular as the zotac.

Which is better? Why is the gtx preferred? Can someone please tell me the reason for this..

The gtx 750ti has been around 3 years mate , the RX 460 has only been around for 5 months.

They're not directly comparable , the 460 is hands down a better card if you were buying now.

The GTX 750Ti is a an older card. Still great for 1080p medium settings if you can get it for a good price.
The GTX 950 is a newer card from Nvidia which is a closer match for the RX 460, beating it in most benchmarks with current drivers.
The new GTX 1050 is a step up from all of these.
