Why Hd6670 not working on Advent DT2410?

Why video card is not working? It only shows black screen that's it. Tried other gpu, and still didn't worked, what can be the problem?

If you tried with another GPU and the problem is the same, the dead component could be your motherboard or PSU. How many PCI-E lines does your motherboard have?

Open your case computer and look for something similar to the big yellow lines in the following picture:
