Why I have fps drops in Call of Duty: Ghosts on lowest settings?

CPU: i7 2nd generation 2.8GHz
GPU: GTX660
RAM: 8GB

Because Ghosts is horribly optimized, and sucks on just about any setup lol

Is this only occurring in Ghosts?

Battlefield 4 works in 60 fps on High settings, but I know it's better optimized game. Btw. Sorry for my English.

I played COD Ghosts during the free weekend on my 770 and I was getting weird lag sometimes, it's really not well ported for PC's, there was one thing that did help though, try setting Windows 7 to basic mode or whatever, that REALLY helped the lag,

whoa, you should not have fps drop on lowest settings. there are a lot of possibilities. it could be some software you recently installed running in the background slowing you down, or settings you changed, or it could be a failing or overheating graphics card. check the temps when playing CoD:Ghosts or other games and make sure it isnt going above 80-85c. also, the 660 is becoming out-dated, so i would upgrade to, maybe the 760 when you get the money. or you could get another 660 and sli. hope this helps!
