Why in my games my frames dropped after my overclock failed.

I had a power outage then I unplugged my computer because nothing was turning on so I turned it all back on then it said overclock failed and it said f1 make a new set up or f2 go on with out doing anything even though I do not remember doing any overclock, and when I play any game my frames drop down to 11-9-10-16 and I dont know how to fix it so if anyone knows please reply to this.

Uninstall and then reinstall your graphics drivers as they are surely corrupted.

You may be a good candidate to get yourself a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and not have to deal with a power outage corrupting your data files again.
