This weekend I put together a system:
- CoreX 7820X
- 32GBDDR4 3200 (14-14-14-35) latency
- Intel P3520 1.2TB PCI-e SSD (boot)
- Seasonic Prime Titanium 750W
- Nvidia 1070X
- Two 2TB drive in RAID1 (mirror).
- Nepton 280 liquid cooler
- Windows 10 pro
I was able to get to 4.8 using the default OC profile on the motherboard.
MEMTEST86, everything passed.
I've only had a short bit of time with it, but the latest versions of CPU-Z (bench) and Handbrake run benchmarks at half speed. It's getting loaded to about 50% and I'm not sure why. Prime95 on the other hand does get the CPU >90% average. It doesn't matter if I'm OC'd or at base.
Is there a common reason for this behavior?
