Why is Crysis FPS dipping?

Hey everyone, first time builder here and I'm having some FPS problems playing Crysis.

Here are my specs:

CPU: 15-3750k
GPU: EVGA GeForce GTX670 FTW 2GB 256 bit GDDR5
Memory: 16GB RAM

I'm using a 120hz HDTV through HDMI to play.

I put all settings to very high, because shouldn't I be getting atleast 60FPS on very high with this hardware?

Then I changed everything to high and played around with the AA settings, but no success.

The screen looks really choppy, especially in the first cutscene.

Also, I don't know if this matters but I'm playing the UK version of the game (I'm in the US), would that have something to do with the FPS dropping?

(Also I have my GPU set to 60Hz as there wasn't a 120Hz option, is that a problem?)

Turn off Vsync, Vsync in Crysis will drop your framerate to 25FPS if your graphics hardware can't maintain 60FPS constantly. Even with a GTX 670, Crysis is still quite demanding, and you will probably drop below 60FPS on occasion with very high settings, and any amount of AntiAliasing.
