Close everything like Brave, things you don't need to have open like Discord, steam and see it goes down, if it does, open one thing back up at a time and see what thing is taking up the GPU. Its not uncommon to see a high res youtube video take some GPU or other streaming or video sites or even some sites that a bunch of fancy stuff loading like MSN can put some load on the GPU.
