Hey all,
GTA V looks all aliased and blurry. Everything does not look like GTA V should look like. The only setting i have off is msaa, and even with that on i did not see too much of a difference. I really want to play this game, but the game just looks to crappy to play.

I have all of the settings in graphics turned to max. BTW, my specs of pc are in the signature of my post.

Thank you all!

Solution
If you're playing at your native resolution but are seeing jaggies, then you probably need to turn on some level of AA (e.g. 4X). Lower other settings if necessary to maintain a good frame rate.
Are you using your monitor's native resolution (what is it)? Your R9 270X probably cannot "max" GTA V at 1920x1080. If you're playing at a lower resolution on a 1920x1080 monitor, images will be blurry. For better results, set the resolution to match your monitor, but turn down some settings if needed; you should still get mostly "High" settings.

Good question and thanks for the reply. I have the game on native resolution, and Im not too sure if its just me that thinks these graphics are not amazing. When i look out into the distance, things look kinda like jagged. The cars in the distance do not look perfect for example
