I've looked in every single computer store in my country and they don't have it in stock, from what i see its not in stock in Amazon either, are they not making them because the Max models are rolling out, or because of the bios issues, and if someone has any info on when it's gonna be in stock again please share. I'm literally in the making of a build and i already got all the parts except the mobo.
CPU: Ryzen 5 2600X [Arctic Freezer 34 Duo for cooling]
GPU: GTX 1070Ti
RAM: 2x8GB Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz
PSU: Seasonic Focus Plus 650W
SSD: 1TB 970 Evo
HDD: 2TB Seagate Barracuda
Case: NZXT H500i
I'm pretty much out of budget and i can allow myself a motherboard of up to 120$ at most. If anyone has suggestions except the MSI B450 Tomahawk and the Carbon, feel free to help me. I'm looking into either the ASRock B450 Steel Legend or the MSI X470 Gaming Plus. I Also plan on running the 2600X atleast at 4.0GHz. Anything with a Solid VRM setup except the Tomahawk or the Carbon? Which i haven't even seen in stock for 3 months now.

Because it is one of the few motherboards that has BIOS flashback AND is reasonably priced, which means that everybody wanting to use Ryzen 3000 processors and NOT pay for an X570 board is either looking for one or considering it, even if they wouldn't normally be looking at that board, because it means they can update the BIOS without needing an older Ryzen CPU. Same goes for many other of the MSI B450 models as well because there are only a handful of ASUS boards, at the very high end, with BIOS flashback and almost no others.

If you going to get a new X.570 mobo, I do not recommend a low or mid-tier MSi... According to some online videos, MSi's VRM design on the cheaper boards tend to run very hot because of their low cost parts...

What country?

The MSI B450-A Pro is very similar to the Tomahawk except with less bling.

MSI B450(M) Gaming Plus is another option, available in either ATX or microATX. I think the Steel Legend is supposed to be decent too.

To be honest you really don't need anything crazy with regard to VRMs to run a 2600X.

You can often find the MSI B450 Gaming Plus for under B450 tomahawk prices. It is very similar and supports BIOS flashback.
