Why is Minecraft unstable at 32 render

I'm running a 5930k its a 6core hypertherded @3.5 haven't tryed overclocking yet

It is only at 14-20% CPU usage and it seams to be getting a lot of studdering and seams to lag out likes server would. like you brake blocks and atack mobs and nothing happens yet your still moveing around with high fps. O I'm using 32gb ddr4 ram to

because minecraft is a single core game and doesn't care how many cores you have just how good your single best core is.
Same reason a AMD FX-8350 would give similar performance.

im sorry this is a old thread but it is not answered
install optifine it is a mod that optimises minecraft there is a option in game that allows multi core use once this is selected on a multicore cpu it will give a huge performance increase
