Why is my 8700k only capping at 4.1 instead of 4.3 on all cores?

So I just noticed that when im under load all my cores stop at 4.1 i thought it was 4.3?
I have xmp on and mce off.
the voltage looks fine under load.
Is there something i should look out for?

Solution
Voltage will fluctuate based on boost speed and cores used. This is why Intel claims the CPU is 95W but at base speed only. The CPU gets more voltage to boost (think factory overclock) and,the TDP,climbs to 130+

55c under load 30c at idle.
ive never seen it ever have a single core go to 4.7
ive had the cpu for like a few months and i just noticed this.

I fixed my issue, i went back into bios and put everything to default and turned off MCE.
So nows my next question, are the voltages sopose to get into the 1.3s cause of the single core getting so high?

ok thanks for the quick reply!

If your cooling is more than adequate, no reason to disable MCE.....

Experience the goodness of all cores at 4.7 GHz, and see what temps are like...

(Of course, if you are rocking only a GTX1060 on a 60 Hz monitor, you've long since maxed out the GPU, and the extra 300-400 MHz on all CPU cores is wasted anyway)

i have a 1080 with a 240hz monitor. I also have a 120 arctic cooling liquid cooler with a push pull fan config. should i re-enable mce?

i tried overclocking before and i accidentally overvolted and im scared to do it again.
i accidentally hit backspace 1 too many and deleted a decimal put way more volts than i should have.
