Question Why is my computer freezing?

It seems completely random, but every so often (around every 5 hours or so) my computer freezes for a few seconds and then continues as normal. It isn't a huge inconvenience but it is worrying and I want to figure out how to diagnose the issue. I have ran a memory check, and it came out fine. I installed NZXT CAM and my CPU and GPU temperatures are normal at all times. Windows 10 is on an SSD that I got in June last year, but I also have another hard drive that I have had for a few years. The freezes seem to occur randomly, as they don't just happen when I'm playing games but also when I am just on the internet. Any help would be appreciated.

OS: Windows 10 64bit
CPU: i7 7740X
Motherboard: MSI X299 RAIDER
RAM: 16GB DDR4
GPU: GTX 1060 6GB
Storage: 1TB NVMe SSD, 3TB 7200RPM HDD
PSU: Corsair TX650M 80+ Gold (got this a few weeks ago but I was also getting the issue a bit before this)

i have seen that problem so often even on some powerful pc , and i too can't understand what is causing that , probably it's just a windows bug ,

sometime could help
1 doing a fresh install of the drivers
2 doing a clean windows install

ho could also be that windows is downloading some background updates and makes you lag

that's all i know 🤷‍♂️
