Check your bios settings, make sure the CPU base clock and multiplier is set to auto.
If you still can't figure it out, try resetting the bios settings to their defaults.
Read in Optimized defaults in BIOS or reset it by using CLR_Cmos connectors or take battery out for few minutes. Last 2 options with power removed and Start button pressed for few seconds.
I've done this and I still have the same problem.
This is what CPU-Z is saying now http://prntscr.com/dpb93z before it didn't display the picture and name accurately.
I'm not sure which option that is. Before I do anything, do these settings look ok so far? Before it was set at 1.35v iirc and it didn't display anything.
