Hey all,
I bought Dragon Age Inquisition today, installed it, and it wouldn't go past the welcome screen. According to www.systemrequirementslab.com, my computer hits all of the minimum specs except one:
Minimum CPU speed: AMD quad core CPU @ 2.5 GHz, Intel quad core CPU @ 2.0 GHz
I have: 2.9 GHz
Do I have any chance of getting it to run, or do I need to spring for an upgrade? I'm curious because 2.9 GHz looks higher than 2.5 or 2.0. That said, my computer is a few years old and most recently had a bit of trouble running the Witcher 2 at high resolutions (though it more or less managed). I have nothing else recent to compare it to.
For what it's worth, my other specs are: GeForce 9600 GT video card (minimum is GeForce 8800 GT), Intel Core2 Duo CPU E7500 @ 2.93GHz, and 4.1 GB of RAM (minimum to run is 4).
