[SOLVED] Why is my cpu stuck at 100 while playing roblox?

Why is my cpu usage stuck at 100% ALL the time no matter what i do i even factory reset to see if that would help but it didnt and i have an i5 2500k cpu , gtx 970 4gb palit jetstream (used to have a gtx 460 (palit storm or something like that) still had 100% usage) , 8 gb ram , 1tb hardrive and a zasilacz whitenergy 500w (black).
and my disk thingy isn't opening so if you know any ways to help that would be great!

task manager should show which offending task is occupying all your CPU resources, barring any hidden crypto-currency mining apps tagging along that shut themselves down whenever task manager is opened...

You might want to check your CPU temps and achieved clock speeds with HWMonitor, it would not be a surprise to hear the thermal interface material of a factory heatsink had hardened, lessening it's effectiveness, which causes CPU to thorttle down to 800 MHz, which would make it stay near 100% busy on even simple tasks, and. the fan speed to stay ramped as well...

Hi I just recently got a Omen 880-068 but i want to upgrade the CPU and RAM. Does anyone know what the fastest CPU I can run is and what is the fastest RAM. I was told it maxes out at 32gm but not told the highest frequency it can use. And any suggestions on brand of CPU and RAM would be helpful. Thanks.
