Why is my Ek D5 only running at 1000rpm

Hey

And i've noticed my temps are up, when i open speed fan i cant identify what one is my pump, but all fans in it are running at roughly 1000 rpm
When i look in bios i see the AIO pump and its only running at 1000rpm,

Its a PWM pump so you need to have it plugged into the CPU header and set the "fan speed" in the bios. Otherwise its gonna run at the lowest speed.
