Why is my file explorer thumbnail missing?

so I just noticed this when I tried to pin some folder to my taskbar and it had no thumbnail. I then went to the Windows folder that my file explorer has no thumbnail and looks like this:

anyone have any idea how i can fix this

Try opening your file explorer and check if it still works, It may say something like "this shortcut is missing, would you like to delete it". Try setting a new shortcut for it if needed.
No issue, Probably just a small glitch or something.
