why is my flexi 12 bypassing my gt 1080 card. its so slow i can barley use it

CYBERPOWERPC Gamer Supreme Liquid Cool SLC8480A Desktop Gaming PC (Intel i7-7700K 4.2GHz, NVIDIA GTX 1080 8GB, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 3TB 7200RPM HDD, 256 NVMe SSD, WiFi, Win 10 pro. are the specs and I'm runnin flexi sign v12. the program wil lag so bad it closes and freezes up. ive had every tech in town look at it only to be told they believe this graphics cardto be incapatable to flexi v12 but flexi disagrees? the software is bypassing the graphics card completely? has any one had this issue or any adivice? I'm willing to try anything? thanks

yes ive talked to numerous techs and sent them the specs they said it checked out and should be perfect, I was told that by Mark Rugen as well hes somewhat famous instructor to the software
