Question Why is my fps dropping to 60 and below while im playing Overwatch?

I usually play overwatch on 150fps+ and recently I will be playing with my buddies and then all of the sudden my computer just DROPS frames hard and it just starts becoming jittery and bad. Does anyone know what is wrong with my computer? It will usually drop frames after a few games, it doesn't happen immediately. I have an Rx 580 Series with a Ryzen 5 3600 cpu 23.9 gb's of ram 600w power supply. I also want to mention when I feel my graphics card it is SUPER hot. Is this the problem?

How many sticks of RAM do you have and in what configuration? What is your RAM speed?

What is the exact model of your PSU? How old is it?

Describe your case ventilation. How many case fans do you have and what direction are they blowing?
