Recently i was doing some cable management in order to make my pc look nicer on the inside and to also maximise airflow. I never had a problem like this before but when I put my pc back together the temperatures reached 80 degrees celcius when playing cs:go and i started
to lose alot of fps ,I have good airflow on my pc . I have disabled turbo mode and have increased all my fan to run faster, my CPU fan is running at roughly 2800 RPM , the pc keeps on throttling and i dont know what to do in order to not damage my system. Do you guys know what to do ?

Thanks for the help

Solution
I think there's a good chance the cooler got knocked or something like that and it's not seated properly.

I would check into this.

...and if it did get knocked out of wack I would probably redo the thermal paste.

THIS would be my best guess... if the CPU cooler is not seated properly there's poor contact between the CPU heat spreader and the CPU cooler.

It may not be obvious but I'd redo the CPU cooler so you'll need of course thermal paste, and 90% or so isopropyl alcohol to clean first.

On AMD overdrive it shows that it is roughly 25 degrees celcius below the max temperature . But when i start using chrome or even load up a game it goes up to 5-9 degrees over the max temperature. I think that the cooler is good as it never caused problems before but I checked and i did rub a little bit of thermal paste off when cleaning my CPU cooler. Thanks anyway

That should work fine.
