Question Why is my gpu idle temp so high?

I have a 1070 with idle temps of 54 degrees. I have 9 corsair fans cooling the system. 6 push/pull 2 top exhaust, 1 back exhaust.

55C isn't bad for a GPU, especially considering it's fans probably aren't spinning at that temp.

There's a radiator sandwiched inbetween 6 fans. Three on back three in front. They are all facing the same way.

I think it is high considering my last pc with only one fan had the 1070 at only 34 degrees celsius idle.

That is because your FAN was on, change the fan curve if you must - but that just wastes power and isn't needed.

54 is absolutely normal mate...I don't know what are your sources but for me 54 degree is absolutely normal MySchoolBucks
