I've been having issues as of late with my internet, and can't figure out why. I'm not so experienced with networking and connectivity issues but I did take the chance to download some monitoring software and snatch this image of my stability.
As you can see, download and upload speed has dropped to absolute zero, no packets to lose or send... This happens on average at least once an hour, probably more, and I am using an ethernet cable directly connected to my laptop.
I am using a Kille(R) Wireless-AC 1550i Wireless Network Adapter (9560NGW) 160 MHz, and a Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller for wired, if there is any other information I should include, let me know.
So far I have tried the obvious first few steps- resetting the router, turning everything on and off again of course, as well as fiddling with my laptop's built-ins (Lenovo vantage's network settings) and even swapping out the ethernet cables to no avail. There might be something basic I'm completely neglecting to try.
