The maximum supported ram speed of the motherboard is 2400Mhz. You would need an i5 or i7 CPU to have 2666Mhz or a Z series motherboard to use faster than 2400/2666Mhz
But when I was checking it on the Asrock website, it said that it supports 2666mhz?

DDR4
HyperX
2666
2666
8GB

So I3 9100F doesn't support 2666MHz?

The i3 9100f doesn't support more than 2400 Mhz or what?
Look at the specs of your CPU https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...-9100f-processor-6m-cache-up-to-4-20-ghz.html and of an i5 of the same generation https://ark.intel.com/content/www/u...-9400f-processor-9m-cache-up-to-4-10-ghz.html. Where it says memory speed, the i3 is 2400Mhz and the i5 is 2666Mhz. These are only the maximum memory speeds when the motherboards chipset (H310 in your case) does not support faster than the maximum dictated by the CPU itself. You can however increase memory speed with either an XMP setting or manually changing the settings on a Z series chipset motherboard https://www.newegg.com/p/pl?N=100007627 601322313.

How can i find the XMP, I didn't find it in the DRAM settings?
And also, does this hurt by any means the ram or the cpu?
