[SOLVED] Why is my new build freezing and crashing frequently ?

i just built my first pc and it keeps crashing, giving bsods, freezing , and the screen will turn green and my head phone makes a loud screech then stops making noise.
specs:

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard
G.Skill Ripjaws V Series DDR4-3200 CL16 Memory
SeaSonic S12III 500 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

im using the CPU's integrated graphics until my GPU gets here.
I've tried taking out the cmos battery, unplugging every thing and plugging it back in. I'm very confused.

Go in to bios and under exit menu reset the motherboard to default settings and restart. Then if it continues go to computer management, under event viwer tell me what it says under critical, error and warnings sub menus please. Or you can post a screen shot of it.
