[SOLVED] Why is my PC is randomly restarting ?

My pc is randomly restarts without bsod once a day.
My pc specs :

ryzen 5 3600
ASROCK B450 Pro4
Gigabyte GeForce RTX 2070 WINDFORCE2 8GB
Patriot Viper 4 16GB
SilentiumPC Vero L2 Bronze 600W

If it's not a BSOD, the dump file is likely to be useless.

It could be hardware-related, like weak caps, RAM going bad or voltage fluctuation.

First move is to use another PSU to see if the problem persists.

And I will add the suggestion to look in Reliability History. (Event Viewer can be used in much the same manner but is not as user friendly.)

Windows may be capturing some error code, warning, or even some informational event that corresponds with the restarts.

I have already tried : replacing PSU from 600W to 700W, replacing RAM , system format, I bought UPS, Replacing GPU, Replacing system disk, and the problem persisted

Power events mean the PSU got shut off unexpectedly. This often means the PSU isn't up to par.

If you had an Asus board, you would likely get greeted by an "Anti-Surge" warning on the boot screen.

So i should buy new psu and test if problem exist?
I already did it once and problem existed.
I bought be quiet system power 9 700w and replaced with my psu , and problem still existed.

The S9-700 appears to be a decent quality PSU. If the problem persisted after trying it, I suppose that rules out the PSU as the main problem.

How long ago did you put the system together and how long have you been having the reboot issue? Did you make any hardware changes around the time reboots started? Do the reboots appear to be more frequent when you are doing something in particular (ex.: loading/exiting games) or truly random (happens about equally between idle, intermediate and full-load conditions) with no apparent cause?

Another common cause of random reboots or no boot whatsoever is IO shield ground tabs sticking into ports and shorting them out. In that case, the issue would usually be present from the time of (re-)assembly.

If you have any non-essential hardware in your system, remove all of it and see if that helps. If random reboots go away, then one of the devices that were removed might be the cause.

1.35V is fine for your DDR4.

The problem is that CPU-Z doesn't show voltage fluctuation.

But from your other posst I see that you have replaced the PSU, so for the moment you should focus on your motherboard.

@InvalidError I assembled the computer about 1 year ago, after 3 months this problem started to occur, it happens randomly, I did not notice any pattern.
I dont see any bad caps on my motherboard. Only after the problems started, I bought some hardware: liquid cooling, UPS.

today i had pc freeze that i cant do anything , only restart pc manualy. screen was frozen , I looked into the case, all the fans were running except for the graphics card.

Run memtest86+ for ~10 hours, see if any errors come up. There shouldn't be any.

If you get multiple errors at the exact same few places, you have bad memory bits and need to replace the RAM or at least remove the offending DIMM until you can replace it. Other error patterns would indicate a bus issue which can be caused by the CPU, motherboard or the DIMM and its chips which may or may not be fixable with bus voltage tweaks.

You may need to download the realtek Audio Console from the windows store to control the audio once you get it
