My PC:
Graphics card: AMD Radeon R9 290
RAM: G.Skill 1333 2x4 Sniper
Power Supply: SeaSonic S12G-750 750W 80+ Gold
Processor: intel core i5 CPU 650 3.20 Ghz (4 CPU's)
These are my components and my PC is still not running Battlefield 4 on Ultra (My FPS moves between 35 - 70 on medium).
Can you explain to me why?

Hi. I'm not all that familiar with that particular Processor, but it could be an issue to some extent and could be bottlenecking the card. The other thing I see, is the memory. You are running 1333 Mhz and most Motherboards will support up to 1600 Mhz without OCing. You didn't list your motherboard which would have been helpful.

As you can see, the i5-760 is not doing that great even though it has 4 cores and 4 threads. Your CPU has 2 cores and 4 threads so it's bound to do worse than that.

The bottom line is: You need a new CPU and a motherboard to support it.

Can you suggest a processor and a motherboard that will run the game on Ultra? (budget is 250$)

PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/lgWf

CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($134.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99X EVO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($106.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $241.98
(Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available.)

This paired with the rest of your system will easily run the game on ultra.

thank you very very much :)

AMD FX-8350 | Noctua nh-d14 | MSI GTX-760 Gaming | Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0 | Silverstone Strider plus 1000W | Seagate Barracuda 1&2TB | Scythe Kaze Q12 | Silverstone RL04B | Kingston HyperX 2x4GB 1333MHz

I have had no problems running the game so far. Only when I crank all the settings up to ultra will ht game start to have fps drops. On high the gameplay is very smooth. I don't have an AMD GPU so it's hard to say whether or not that makes a difference.

I primarily use Nvidia, but have run ati / AMD and have been happy with those as well. GPU's on both sides of the fence are pretty good these days I my opinion. I was running "The Witcher 2 ) on an HD 5770 and it did real well and that game is very graphics intensive. The only thing I turned off was The Blur effects stuff and the sampling, everything else was cranked up.
