[SOLVED] Why is my pc underperforming?

So, few days ago I posted thread and asked if is it possible that my pc is underperforming because of Windows. I asked this because I HAD pirated Windows (I didn't know that you can download free windows from Microsoft site and use it when it's not activated), but moderator closed the case (which I completely understand, I didn't read rules and it's completly my falut) and said he that the only advice is to completely install new legal Windows and I did it. It's same thing, I still can't run Fortnite on stable 100+ fps without drops and I still cant play GTA V online on stable 60 fps on lowest settings. I really don't know what's the problem. I'll post the link of benchmark and I'll write pc specs. I wanna try to fix it by myself before paying to somone for no reason. If anyone knows how to fix it I'll be gratefull.

GPU: GTX 1650 SUPER
CPU: Ryzen 3400G
RAM: 8 (2x4)

everything look fine. it performing as good as other with the same components.
what the cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/ssd usage during the game?
