Hello everyone. So the problem that i'm facing is that my GPU is underperforming in some games like Helldivers 2,but in games like Alan Wake 2 it produces a really good fps, just like on other benchmark videos.

In Helldivers 2 I have around 80-90 FPS,which also drops down in the 70s.My GPU usage is at 60% and CPU is around 45%
In Alan Wake 2 I have around 110-130 FPS just like in the benchmark videos on youtube. My GPU usage is at 99% and CPU is around 25%
In CS2 I get like 250 to 350 FPS,while other people get around 600-700 FPS.My GPU usage is at 70% and CPU is around 20%

So i'm just wondering what is happening because i can't figure it out. Here are my specs.
CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 5700X 8-Core Processor
GPU: RTX 4070 Ti 12GB
RAM: 32 GB 3200Mhz RAM,Dual-Channel
Monitor:Alianware 1080p 240hz GSync

Your premise is wrong.

FPS comes from the CPU
Eyecandy comes from the GPU

Maybe CPU bottleneck?Could it be?
No.
And that is one of the most misused and misunderstood words around.

For this:
"In CS2 I get like 250 to 350 FPS,while other people get around 600-700 FPS.My GPU usage is at 70% and CPU is around 20%"

You can't directly compare your system to other people.
No idea of what tweaks they've done, what other software might be running, etc, etc.
Your system is not their system.

Yeah, but it's frustrating to see that.In Helldivers 2 I see people get around 110-120 fps with this card, but they have better CPUs,that's why I tought about bottleneck. My game drops down to 70 even 60 fps sometimes.

Better CPU.
As said, the CPU delivers the framerate.

But that is not what a "bottleneck" is.
There is nothing "wrong". It is simply a limitation of your CPU.

Thanks for your answers, maybe I will just buy a new CPU after all :D
