Question Why is my screen showing bizarre visuals while gaming?

All the games were running perfectly fine, then I realized my CPU was heating up, I cleaned the heatsink and changed the thermal paste, also formatted the c drive, after all these, the games ran for fine for 10-15 min, then the screen started showing bizarre visuals, texture tearing, screen is filled with black and brown stripes and wat not...happens with all the games, but it's the most with AC origins..this is really frustrating, please guide me guys

Let's start with what your system specs are and maybe a picture/video of the screen while it happens? Apart from what you mentioned, what else have you tried? Has anything else changed like Windows or driver updates?
