Question Why is my ssd is slow?

I've g4560 + b150 mobo + Gtx960 + 8gb ram and of course 250gb ssd, windows and one or two games in ssd, i did a benchmark and it gives me around 500mb/s read & 400 mb/s write but why i have to wait loading screens of any game for 30 to 60 seconds? The first thing came to my mind is shader pre load but I have to wait every time. So there must be a problem somewhere? But where?

My usage levels very normal (around %60) but let's say in control (game) my ssd read spreed is good until %50 of loading progress, after %50, it reads 1-10mb/s might be a pagefile issue? I heard somewhere i should disable pagefile on ssd?

No, don't disable the pagefile. Leave it as is.
Are these specific games installed fully on the SSD?

Games fully on ssd, around %80 used

Are you on a 64 bit os?
I presume so.

Take a look at task manager/resource monitor/memory
Look at the hard fault rate per second. If it shows much more than 0 per second, your ram may be overcomitted and you need more.
See what is using ram.

This can happen if you have many tasks open, particularly chrome.

Yes, there's around 100 error/s while loading but strangely %30 of my ram is free. Also these errors wasn't occurred after relaunching game but my ssd still slow
